After graduating from Stanford University School of Medicine, Dr. Palmer completed residencies in Medicine at Boston City Hospital and at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he completed a fellowship in hematology/oncology. Dr. Palmer holds an MBA from University of California, Davis, in Sacramento, a master’s degree in Public Health from UCLA and a juris doctor from Concord University in Los Angeles, Calif.
